Future Design's 200 Series is our first generation of High Performance Controls.  The FDC-2220 and FDC-9200 are 1/32 & 1/16 DIN Controls.

Obsolete Products: Effective June 2007 the 200 Series models FDC-2220 and FDC-9200 will no longer be produced.

There is limited inventory of both FDC-2220 and FDC-9200 controls and will provide support for these models through spare parts & repair for the foreseeable future.

The 300 Series model FDC-9300 is an ideal replacement for the FDC-9200.

The C Series model C21 is an ideal replacement for the FDC-2220.

200 Series Feature Review.

Offering a fast scan rate and proprietary Fuzzy Logic Auto Tune the 200 Series provides world-class control performance with a 3-Year Warranty. Available in 1/32 & 1/16 DIN sizes with one PID control output and optional dual alarm relays.

Setpoint changes are accomplished utilizing the scroll key to select the appropriate display column to be changed and use the up or down arrow key to adjust to the desired value.

Unique Parameter Selection provides user flexibility & operator ease of use. Parameters most significant to the operator may be configured to have Level One security and be displayed in sequence when the scroll key is depressed.

Standard features include configurable display decimal point, hysteresis for control and alarm outputs, Output Limiting, PV Shift [bias] and more.

Configurable Alarm Logic [process, deviation & band] with Latching, non-Latching and Alarm Hold. Additional features include one Ramp/Soak segment, timer function, view PID % output, Peak PV values retained in memory, Auto/Manual, Configurable Bumpless Transfer, Set Point Ramp Rate, Communication via RS232/485 or Analog Retransmission and shallow mounting depths.
