In response to the worldwide outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Future Design Controls has taken steps to maintain business continuity while protecting the health and well-being of our employees, customers and suppliers.
Future Design Controls as a supplier to customers identified as essential suppliers to the Pharmaceutical, Medical and/or Defense industries have been requested to support their requirements.
Future Design Controls is accepting, entering, acknowledging and shipping orders. We are working with our vendors to stay up-to-date on production and delivery times.
We remain committed to continue to serve our customer’s critical operations and have taken precautionary measures to ensure that we can do while maintaining a safe environment for our team.
Our disaster recovery plan included capabilities to allow Sales, Customer Service and Management personnel to work remotely through VoIP Phone System & Remote Login Capabilities for our office computer systems. We put this plan into motion on March 19th and have instituted a plan that allows for shipping/receiving with limits on the number of staff and times of day personnel are allowed at our physical facility.
Our first priority is to protect the safety of our most valuable resource, our employees! We continue to monitor government and public health organization communications and will adjust guidelines accordingly.
