Future Design's Series 8 is a combination surface or DIN rail mount temperature controller that uses the latest in solid state and modular technology.

Setup is accomplished simply by adjusting the set point dial by hand. An integral 20 amp "SPDT" relay eliminates the need for "additional" relays when controlling hi-current loads.

The Series 8 is available with either on/off or time proportioning control outputs. Shown below are specifications - consult factory for special hysteresis, proportional band, cycle times, input power and output types and ratings.

• On/Off: Hysteresis 0.5% of range
• On/Off: Output is latching as standard.
• On/Off: Output is non-latching [standard on/off] with terminals 12 & 13 shorted
• Proportional: PB is fixed at 2% of span
• Proportional: Cycle time is fixed at 20 second

Low cost and simple, The Series 8 offers several ranges and is suited for many "OEM" applications.
