DIN Rail Mounting
DIN Rail Mounting of traditional panel mount controls is easily accomplished with Future Design Control's DIN Rail Mounting accessories.
DRA-32 and DRA-16:
Virtually any brand of 1/32 and 1/16 DIN Controls can be DIN Rail Mounted using the DRA-32 or DRA-16 Universal Mounting Adapter
The 9100 and P91 1/16 DIN Controls offer an optional DIN Rail Adapter that attaches to their rear terminal. This is space saving adapter provides a solution when using 1/16 DIN controls and DIN Rail space is at a premium.

The 300 Series Controls have a 2nd input that can be configured as a 2nd PV, Remote Setpoint or to accept the CT94-1 0-50 amp Current Transformer.
With the CT94-1 and one output configured as a Heater Break Alarm the 300 Series will detect, display [0.1 amp resolution] heater current. An alarm setpoint value may be set when amp levels exceed desired range - out of range amp level will indicate a heater break condition.

The CT94-1 can detect a full-wave AC current only; a DC or half-wave AC cannot be measured.
When used with time proportioning output a cycle time of at least 1 second is required for the A/D converter to measure the signal.
